A mark for restaurants that go beyond "we have vegetarian options" and actually understand Alpha Gal — earned one kitchen at a time.

What it means

  • Mammal-free prep verified — separate pans, utensils, and fryer oil, with cross contamination practices confirmed with the kitchen.
  • At least one genuine AGS-aware menu path, reviewed by people who live with Alpha Gal.
  • Staff who know what to do when someone says "Alpha Gal" — not just "gluten".

Once you're verified, we create a personalized AGS-Aware badge for your restaurant and send it to you, ready to display on your door or window — along with your spot in the AGS-Aware directory our whole community browses.
